All bookings are subject to availability and Knoydart Trading Ltd reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

Block Bookings

  • Block bookings can be made for any time of the year, but please note there is no discount at Christmas & New Year, Easter weekend or during May.
  • Block bookings at weekends must be for a minimum of three nights, ie. Friday, Saturday & Sunday night.
  • Reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit.  Payments can be made by card directly by email or over the phone once the booking form has been completed.  Alternatively a cheque can be sent by post with your completed booking form.  All deposits must be received within 21 days of making the provisional reservation. Please note that submission of a booking form is also agreement to the terms and conditions, so please make sure you have read these before booking.
  • Please note that deposits are strictly non-refundable.  You will appreciate we cannot be responsible for disrupted travel arrangements or any cancellations that you make however we do not want you to be at a disadvantage if problems occur.  We therefore recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance, if not already covered by your payment card agreement.
  • Outstanding balances must be paid a minimum of six weeks before the booked date of arrival.   If you cancel after this time, then a refund of the balance or part thereof will be at the discretion of Knoydart Trading Ltd.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received 28 days or less before your booked arrival date.
  • Should we have to cancel your stay, then all monies will be refunded.

 Individual Bookings (up to 5 people)

  • Reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit or £8.50 whichever is the greater.  Payments can be made by card directly by email or over the phone once the booking form has been completed.  Alternatively a cheque can be sent by post with your completed booking form.  All deposits must be received within 21 days of making the provisional reservation. Please note that submission of a booking form is also agreement to the terms and conditions, so please make sure you have read these before booking.

General

  • School and college groups under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible leader/s also staying at the bunkhouse.
  • Babies & children under 3 years old can stay at the warden’s discretion.
  • Please show consideration for other bunkhouse users.   Should any guest cause a disruption or be abusive to other users, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.
  • The bunkhouse is not staffed on a full time basis and is open all the time.   We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any personal items.
  • On arrival, please enter the names of everyone in the group in the signing-in book in the reception lobby (this is for Health & Safety purposes).
  • Please read all fire/health & safety notices.
  • The bunkhouse is non-smoking.
