Matters Arising & Actions from last Meeting:
- There was further discussion around how to anonymise grievances towards the Foundation. It was agreed that this is almost impossible in the current paper format. RN suggested grievances should be aired otherwise there was little hope of addressing them. AW wondered if the online grievance policy on Teams could be adapted for community members to access to retain their anonymity? AP – Corinna will address this.
- JR advised that the Community Garden is still awaiting a quote from Jim regarding the fencing.
- DN advised that other lease matters would all be addressed later in the agenda.
