Knoydart running camp with Donnie Campbell
Join Scottish trail runner Donnie Campbell for an unforgettable running camp on beautiful Knoydart.
Donnie is perhaps best known for his epic record breaking, self-propelled round (run, walk, cycle, kayak) of all 282 Scottish Munro’s. He took over a week off the previous record by completing the round in 31 day 23 hours.
He is also a top level coach who has worked with numerous athletes varying from complete beginners to national and international level athletes.
Over five days you will run with Donnie on the stunning trails which intersect our peninsula which is home to red deer, golden and white-tailed eagles, otters and more of Scotland's iconic wildlife. These runs will vary from long runs to speed sessions with trail running technique coached throughout.
In the evenings informal talks will be held on a number of topics including; sports psychology, nutrition, training principals, injury prevention and treatment, and basic navigation.
