By booking a place on a Knoydart Ranger Experience, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Liability Waiver
The Knoydart Foundation and its employees are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property brought to a Knoydart Ranger Experience.
All care is taken and safety instructions provided for any activity requiring hazardous equipment; however, The Knoydart Foundation and its employees are not responsible for any injuries sustained as a result of participating in a Knoydart Ranger Experience.
Cancellations
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of making it, unless your booking is made within 48 hours of the start time of the experience itself.
Refunds for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the experience will be reviewed on a case-by- case basis. Cancellations between 13 days and 24 hours prior to the experience will receive a 60% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will not receive any refunds or money back.
The Knoydart Foundation may cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances. All ticket holders will receive notification via email in the unlikely event this happens. In the event of the experience being rescheduled (eg: due to unsuitable weather conditions or a COVID19 lockdown) and if you are unable to make the new date a full refund will apply. If the experience is cancelled without rescheduling, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Photos and Videos
By attending a Knoydart Ranger Experience you are agreeing to give The Knoydart Foundation unrestricted publishing rights for any photos or videos taken of you at any Knoydart Ranger Experience hosted by The Knoydart Foundation.
