The perfect basecamp for explorers looking to enjoy the riches of Knoydart. Conveniently located a 15-minute walk from the pier the Long Beach campsite is blessed with an awe-inspiring view of rugged Rum to the west. The River Inverie to the south is often frequented by the otters, whilst the surrounding peaks of Sgurr Coire Choinnichean, Sgurr Coire nan Gobhar, Meall Buidhe and Luinne Bheinn are often looked down on by golden and white-tailed eagles. Equipped with a compost toilet, free firewood, firepits, picnic benches, fresh water and a shelter, Long Beach campsite is the perfect place to linger or plot an unforgettable adventure.
