Working with the Communities Housing Trust (Who are heavily involved in our Rural Housing Burden scheme), we have produced a plan for the next six years to meet the current and future needs of the community over this period.
There are two infographics below giving a high level view of the plan.
The first part gives an overview of what is planned for Millburn Cottage in terms of homes.
The second part gives more detail on what is proposed, yet to be finalised, for our existing homes and future homes.
There will be a community consultation day on June 30th where the CHT will be present to go into further detail and discuss any aspects of the plan.
