We are pleased to share the update that we are now in a position to begin the first stage of work at Millburn with the Communities Housing Trust, including the planned renovation of Millburn Cottage and the 2 Semi-detached new build homes.
The architects who will be working on the designs are Jamie Catoe and Edward Brown of Catoe/Brown based in inverness. Jamie and Edward will be visiting on Tuesday 23rd of May to have their first look at the site, along with Morven, Fiona and Rob from the Communities Housing Trust
Catoe/ Brown come highly recommended and have worked on sympathetic, environmentally conscious designs across the Highlands, including a social housing project on Raasay

As this is their first visit to Millburn, it would be good to give them time to look around and gather their bearings.
We want to assure everyone that community consultation will be really important throughout this process and we will discuss booking in some time for the community to meet everyone working at Millburn at a later date.
